Hani Abboud has more than 25 years of auditing experience providing assurance services to privately held companies in Lebanon and the United Arab Emirates. Hani joined Semaan, Gholam & Co. in 1993 which became a member firm of BDO international in May 2011. In addition to the audit services, Hani assists clients in tax matters related to corporate income tax and value added tax (VAT).
